Limassol is our busiest district after Paphos, and the work there tends to be larger in scale: long balustrade runs, full marble packages for apartments, and pool terraces on hillside plots.
The building around Limassol has been at the high end for years, and that shows in what customers ask us for. Marble worktops and vanity tops for apartments come up constantly, usually as a package across several units, where the value is in consistent stone and consistent edge detail rather than a single showpiece. We cut those from the same batch wherever possible so the units match.
Out in the hills behind the city, in areas like Parekklisia and Agios Tychonas, the plots are large and sloped, which produces the other kind of Limassol job: retaining walls in clad stone, external staircases, long balustrade runs that step down a hillside, and pool terraces that need proper drainage falls because the ground moves water quickly.
For an apartment or a tower, access is usually the thing that sets the installation cost rather than the stone itself. Tell us which floor, whether there is a service lift and how wide it is, and we will size the pieces so they actually reach the flat instead of arriving in one slab that will not fit the lift.
Getting it to you
Limassol is about an hour from the workshop. We deliver and install there regularly, and schedule a dedicated lorry for larger loads such as a full balustrade run or a set of worktops.
